Puppy Pricing
All our puppies are the highest of quality. They are excellent in health, temperament and
stature. The gender, size, color, and coat type of a puppy is what determines the price.
Prices will be posted with the information given next to each available puppy's picture
when the puppies are one week old. As a puppy grows we will have a better idea of
what it's adult weight, color and coat type might be. No one can perfectly predict what
size, color, or coat type a puppy will be when full grown. We base our estimates on the
size, color, and coat type of a puppy, by the size, color, and coat type of the sire and
dam, the size, color, and coat type of a generation back, and the size, colors, and coat
type of the puppies from previous litters. As with human children, puppies can pick up
genes from several generations back and be larger or smaller than it's parents. As a
puppy grows, and before a puppy deposit is placed, we may adjust a puppy's price
accordingly, however once you have placed a deposit on the puppy of your choice, the
price will not change.
Puppy Deposit and Payment
A deposit in the amount of $300.00 will be required to hold the puppy of your choice
until it is ready to be either picked up or shipped. No puppy will be considered on
hold until we have received your deposit*. Your deposit may be made with a Walmart
MoneyGram® or through PayPal. When using PayPal, please add an additional 4%
for their handling fee. If you are making your deposit with a Walmart Money Order
you will need to overnight it. We will wait 3 days before accepting someone elses
deposit.
All puppy DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless something unforeseeable
was to happen to your puppy, in which case your deposit would be fully refunded. In
some cases, a deposit may be applied towards the purchase of another puppy of your
choice from the same litter without additional fees, or from another litter or future litter
with an additional $100.00 change litter fee. In such cases Sweet N' Sassy Schnauzers
will be the one to determine if this will be done. The deposit signifies good intent on
the behalf of the Buyer to follow through with the purchase transaction of a puppy.
All puppies with a deposit placed on them
must be paid for in full before they are 6 weeks of age.
(unless other arrangements are made well in advance, please see below)
If your are shipping your puppy or picking up our puppy and making your final payment
with a Walmart Money Gram, or through PayPal, your final payment must be received
at least 2 weeks prior to shipping or picking up our puppy. Any delay in the final
payment could result in a delay in shipping or picking up your puppy and additional fees.
It is agreed that the Buyer accepts all responsibility for any and all shipping fees.
If you are picking up your puppy, and your final payment has not been received by the
time your puppy is 6 weeks of age, your final payment must be paid in cash only.
Please understand that these stipulations are not a reflection on you, but are a guard
against those who would be dishonest.
For immediate, onsite adoptions, payments must be paid in cash only.
Notification and Waiting List
At Sweet N' Sassy Schnauzers we have two lists;
Our "Notification List" cost absolutely nothing to be placed on. We will notify those
that have requested to be placed on our "Notification List" through e-mail in the order
that the request have been made. Being on the "Notification List" does not guarantee that
you will get a puppy.
Our "Waiting List" requires a $100.00 deposit ** which will be applied towards the
total purchase price of your puppy. Those placing a "Waiting List" deposit on a female
or male of their choice will be given first choice of the puppies in the order that their
deposits were placed.
"Waiting List" DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the adult female of
your choice did not produce the sex of your choice, in which case your deposit may be
refunded or can be transfered to a different or upcoming litter (please note that if any
upcoming litter has previous deposits, that those previous deposit will have priority).
Please remember that we reserve the right to have the first pick of any litter.
Prior to placing a deposit on a puppy, please consider the serious commitment that you
are making. You should be able and willing to provide a safe and loving home,
nutritional dog food and supplements, grooming, medical needs, and it may be necessary
to replace chewed up or soiled items. With that understanding, please proceed.
Boarding Fees
Boarding fees are $10.00 per day.
In most cases puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. We will
hold puppies until 8 weeks of age free of charge. Exceptions to this would be if the
puppy is not ready to be released due to its size, health, scheduling conflicts with the
airlines, or weather conditions. In these situations the fee will be waived at the Seller's
discretion.
* A fully detailed copy of our "Buyer/Seller Deposit Agreement" will be e-mailed
to you when you have made a decision on a puppy and are ready to make a deposit
or upon request.
** A fully detailed copy of our "Waiting List Deposit Agreement" will be e-mailed
to you when you have made a decision on a litter and are ready to make a deposit
or upon request.
