Pricing
The sex, size and color of the puppy will determine the price. Price will be quoted with the
information given below each available puppy's picture.
Deposit and Payment
Prior to placing a deposit on a puppy, please consider the serious commitment that you are
making. You should be able and willing to provide a safe and loving home, nutritional dog food
and supplements, grooming, medical needs, and it may be necessary to replace chewed up or
soiled items. With that understanding, please proceed.
A deposit in the amount of one half of the purchase price will be required to hold the
puppy of your choice. No puppy will be considered on hold until I have received the deposit
and the signed Deposit/Guarantee Form. The deposit may be made with a Cashier's Check,
Money Order, personal check or through PayPal. If your puppy is going to be picked up or
delivered in person, the full amount or outstanding balance is due at that time and must be paid
in cash only. If your puppy is going to be shipped, the outstanding balance is due and must be
paid with a Cashier's Check, US Postal Money Order at least 3 weeks prior to shipping or at
least one week prior to shipping through PayPal. When using PayPal, please add an additional
4%. A delay in the final payment could result in a delay in shipping. Please understand that
these stipulations are not a reflection on you, but are a guard against those who would be
dishonest.
Deposits are non-refundable, however can be applied towards the purchase of another puppy
of your choice. The deposit signifies good intent on the behalf of the Buyer to follow through
with the purchase transaction of the puppy. I, the Seller, reserve the right to void this
transaction, upon which the Seller will refund the entire deposit to you, the Buyer. If some
tragic accident were to happen, and the puppy should demise before being shipped to the Buyer's
home, the Seller will refund the entire deposit to the Buyer, unless Buyer desires to apply it
toward the purchase of another puppy.
It is mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller that all puppies will be available for adoption
no sooner than 7 weeks old if being picked up at our home or 8 weeks old if the puppy will be
shipped via the airlines. In some cases it may be longer due to the size of the puppy or weather
conditions, upon which it will be up to the Seller's discretion when the puppy can be safely
shipped to its new home. Your are more than welcome to come and visit your puppy before the
puppy goes home, however we do not let anyone come and visit the puppies until they are at
least 4 weeks old. This is done strictly for the puppy's well being. During the first 4 weeks the
puppies are building up their immunities and there is also the concern that the moms get nervous
and or upset with strangers and this transfers to the babies. This time frame is also crucial for
socialization with other dogs. I want your puppy to be happy, health and well adjusted and I am
sure that you do.
