Guarantee
To the best of my knowledge and belief, all my puppies are sold in good health, free from
communicable diseases and life threatening genetic defects. We are committed to carefully
selecting our dogs to ensure that they do not have any genetic defects.
All my puppies are guaranteed for 1 year against any life threatening genetic defects and 3
days (72 hours) from Distemper, Parvo, and Corona. This does not include allergies,
Hypoglycemia, autoimmune disorders, heart murmurs, Giardia, Coccidia and Kennel Cough
which is common in pups that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is
self eliminating and like the common cold, it must run its course. Kennel cough, on it's own,
is not life threatening. We recommend that you consult your veterinarian and a full recovery
is expected. For this guarantee to be valid your puppy must be examined by a licensed
veterinarian within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of possession of the puppy and then the
Buyer must immediately notified the Seller of the examinations results by fax or e-mail, and
Seller must receive a signed copy from the licensed veterinarian of that examination within 10
days of examination. We suggest that you make an appointment with your veterinarian prior
to your puppy's arrival. This guarantee is void should the Buyer fail to have the puppy
examined within the 3 days (72 hours) period. A detailed description of this
Agreement/Guarantee will be given and require your signature before a deposit will be
accepted.
Vaccinations
Your puppy will have been wormed and vaccinated for the following: Canine Distemper,
Canine Hepatitis, Canine Adenovirus Type 2, Canine Coronavirus, Parainfluenza, and Canine
Parvovirus and you will be given a record when these were administered.
Please consult your veterinarian to determine when your puppy should have subsequent
vaccinations and wormings.
A fully detailed description of the Agreement/Guarantee will be either e-mailed or
faxed to you when you have made a decision on a puppy and prior to you making a
deposit or upon request.
