Our Guarantee
To the best of our knowledge and belief, all our puppies are sold in excellent health,
free from communicable diseases and life threatening genetic defects. We are
committed to carefully selecting our dogs to ensure that they are well cared for, do not
carry any undesirable traits, and do not have any genetic defects. We feel that our
adults and their puppies are exceptional in every way.
All our puppies are guaranteed for 1 year against any life threatening genetic defects,
such as, but not limited to heart, kidney and liver disease, and 3 days (72 hours) for
Distemper, Parvo, and Corona. For this guarantee to be valid your puppy must be
examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of
possession of the puppy. The Buyer must immediately notified the Seller of the
examinations results by e-mail, and the Seller must receive a signed copy from the
licensed veterinarian of that examination within 10 days of examination. We suggest
that you make an appointment with your veterinarian well in advance to your puppy’s
arrival.
Our guarantee does not include disorders that may be caused by environmental
factors, such as allergies, Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which is preventable,
autoimmune disorders, heart murmurs, Giardia, Coccidia, Kennel Cough, mange,
worms or other parasites which are common in puppies. However, if we or our Vet
are aware of any of these conditions, we will notify you.
We do not guarantee against umbilical hernias, underbites or overbites, or retained
testicles. However, if we or our Vet are aware of any of these conditions we will
notify you.
We do not guarantee the temperament, size, color, show quality, life span, or breeding
potential of any puppy. *
Wormer and Vaccinations
Your puppy will be up to date on wormer and vaccinations. Your puppy will have
been vaccinated for the following: Canine Distemper, Canine Hepatitis, Canine
Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza, and Canine Parvovirus and you will be given a
record of when these were administered.
Please consult your veterinarian to determine when your puppy should have
subsequent wormer and vaccinations.
* A fully detailed description of the Guarantee Agreement will be e-mailed to
you when you have made a decision on a puppy and are ready to place a deposit
or upon request.
This guarantee is void should the Buyer fail to have the puppy examined within
the 3 days (72 hours) period.
